These terms govern use of skylockmedia.com and every SkyLock Media course: Part 107 Test Prep, Private Pilot Knowledge Test Prep, Six Sigma Test Prep, CPC Exam Prep, Project Management Certification Prep, and the Excel Master Class. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Educational service
Each course is an independent educational product. SkyLock Media is not affiliated with or endorsed by the organizations that write or administer the exams or credentials the courses prepare for, including the Federal Aviation Administration, ASQ and other Six Sigma certification bodies, the AAPC, PMI, and Microsoft. Course materials are not official exam questions or publications, and are not legal, medical-coding, operational, or other professional advice. Passing scores and certification outcomes are not guaranteed.
Accounts
You must give accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell SkyLock Media about any suspected unauthorized access. Accounts and course access are for the registered user and may not be shared, resold, scraped, copied, or used to distribute course materials.
Access periods and purchases
Each course's free preview and paid plans, including how long paid access lasts, are shown before purchase and in your account. Paid access ends when its period expires. Buying another plan for the same course starts a new access period from the date of that purchase. Any refund terms shown at checkout become part of these terms, and a refunded or charged-back purchase ends the access it bought. Checkout is processed by Stripe; SkyLock Media does not receive or store your payment-card details.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, access another customer's information, introduce malicious code, misuse authentication or email systems, or reproduce course content beyond personal study use.
Availability and changes
SkyLock Media may correct content, update features, perform maintenance, or suspend access where needed to protect customers and the service. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve your progress and provide the service during paid access periods.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. SkyLock Media is not responsible for testing or certification decisions made by exam bodies, changes to regulations or exam content, exam scheduling, aircraft operations, or losses caused by relying on the service in place of official requirements or professional advice.
