SkyLock Media operates skylockmedia.com and the courses offered on it: Part 107 Test Prep, Private Pilot Knowledge Test Prep, Six Sigma Test Prep, CPC Exam Prep, Project Management Certification Prep, and the Excel Master Class. This policy explains what information the service collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. One account is used across every course, and this policy applies to all of them.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, account identifier, and authentication records.
- Learning information: for each course, the lessons you open and complete, your quiz and practice-exam answers and results, questions saved for review, and study settings. For Project Management Certification Prep this includes documented training hours and any certificate issued.
- Purchase information: the course and plan bought, the date, the access period, the amount, any coupon used, and the payment provider's reference. SkyLock Media does not receive or store payment-card numbers.
- Messages you send: contact-form messages and course reviews you submit.
- Email preferences: which optional emails you have turned on or off.
- Technical information: security, authentication, delivery, and error logs produced when the service is used. The site uses cookies only to keep you signed in; it does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use information
Information is used to create and secure your account, give you the correct access to each course, save your study progress, process purchases and refunds, send account and access messages, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain or improve the courses.
We send account and purchase messages, reminders before paid access ends, and a request for a review after you have used a course for a while. Optional emails, such as a follow-up after you try a free preview and a weekly summary of questions due for review, carry an unsubscribe link, and you can turn them off at any time.
Service providers
SkyLock Media uses Supabase for accounts and the database, Vercel for website hosting, Stripe for checkout and payment confirmation, and Resend for email. These providers process only the information needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security terms.
Sharing and selling
SkyLock Media does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the service providers above, when required by law, to protect customers or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. Reviews you submit may be published with the display name you choose, and only after moderation.
Retention and deletion
Account and learning information is kept while your account is open and afterward only as reasonably necessary for support, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. To request deletion of your account and personal information, email hello@skylockmedia.com or use the contact form. We verify identity before completing a request. Some limited records may be kept where required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
Security
SkyLock Media uses access controls, email confirmation, password protections, database row-level security, and restricted server credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password and report suspected account misuse promptly.
Children
The courses are intended for adults preparing for professional certification and licensing exams. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and ask questions about retention or service providers, at hello@skylockmedia.com.

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
